About Me


I am a third year Information Science PhD student at the University of Colorado Boulder working with Dr. Evan Peck in the Information Visions Lab.

I'm interested in the intersection of computing, data, and people, including how individuals' identities and lived experiences shape and are shaped by the technical systems they move through. Specifically, how political attitudes shape the way people interpret data visualizations, and how exposure to those visualizations can in turn shape political attitudes.

B.A. in Data Science and Statistics (minor in Political Science) and M.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Colorado.

Off the Clock
I'm originally from Sweden and love going back whenever I can. I currently play pickleball on the pro tour and am a former college tennis player. Outside of that, I paint, hike, play chess, and spend the rest of my time keeping up with my Samoyed 🐶.
